No is a magic word that rarely somebody can use. Not all the stressors are in your control, but some are. Saying no can help us to reduce stress levels.
Work-Life balance
Having a lot of work is not a synonym for success. And I confess that sometimes I feel bad for not being “productive” with my free time.
Fail fast, learn faster
Every start is essential; you’re open to trying new things, seeing a different perspective, and maybe, questioning yourself if you have been doing it the right way.
